Q.Is there an age limit to attending the concert?

Children 5 and above age will require a ticket.If you need separate chair for kids below 5 years of age pls book a ticket. All parents are requested to bring their children at their discretion. If you are under the age of 16 you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Q. Will photography or videography be allowed?

No professional photography/videography will be allowed at the concert. However phone recorded snippets can be shared tagging the organizers.

Q. Is this a seated show?

This is a seated show. Check the categories for the seating type. Seating's are reserved you can show the online tickets and get the seats number allotted in the Box Office.

Q. What items are not allowed inside the venue?

Cameras any form of recording instruments arms and ammunitions eatables beverages and alcohol are not allowed at the venue.

Q. How early should I arrive before the event starts?

Gates open by 3.30pm and online booking should be exchanged for a physical ticket before entering the event arena. Box Office will be available from 3.00pm.

Q. Is ticket shift allowed?

No.

Q. Will I get a refund if I cancel my ticket?

No. Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded.
