Dare to dip? Take on the chill with our winter cold water challenge! ❄️

This December, take the plunge and help make a lasting impact for people going through terminal illness, death, or bereavement.
Join us on 7th December at Cheltenham Lido, where swimmers aged 16+ can choose to dip or take on one of our new 200m and 300m challenge swims as well!

After your dip, warm up with festive tunes and hot refreshments - a well-earned reward for your bravery!
