• Links and cross over with yoga theory
• Demonstrations and the opportunity for some hands on experience
• Some practical moves to take away & use on friends & family

Ideal for anyone thinking of doing our practitioner training course that starts in February 2021 but also an interesting & practical experience for anyone with a casual interest! ?

The cost is £60 for the day (but £30 of that can be off-set against the cost of the practitioner diploma course).
