Mum & Baby Fit

A bootcamp-style class with a mixture of resistance and cardio exercise, the focus being to rebuild fitness and strength after pregnancy. Lots of options given for all fitness levels and stages of post-natal recovery, and we aim to provide a relaxed and safe environment for mums and their babies.

This is a guided class and there will be a baby area with toys and a playpen out to keep little ones entertained (and contained if necessary!), leaving you free to concentrate on yourself for a bit! Breastfeeding welcome. Space for buggies and car seats. Relaxed environment.

Onsite cafe Gym & Jollies has a small play area and serves hot and cold drinks, smoothies, snacks, cakes and lunches for an optional post workout refuel and socialise.
