If you came to the Quilted Bauble workshop last Christmas you will be familiar with the technique. The foam is covered with adhesive tape that holds the fabric in place while you tuck the edges into the cuts.By altering your fabric choice, you can create a sunset or sunny blue sky, or even change the sun to a moon and make a night scene! Use green and brown for rolling hills, or pick blues to creates waves. It’s totally up to you.NB: This workshop involves cutting into and manipulating foam (a similar texture to polystyrene) so if that is an aversion of yours, sadly this might not be the workshop for you. It also involves holding and pressing with a small tool, so if you are prone to pain in your hands, please also take this into consideration.
