AI and HR: The New Reality

AI is moving quickly, and it’s already finding its way into the workplace, often before businesses feel ready. For many leaders and HR teams, the questions come thick and fast: How should we use it? Where do we draw the line? What does it mean for our people?

This event is designed to give you space to think those questions through. Together with AI specialists Data³, we’ll explore what good decision-making looks like before policies are written, and why clarity at leadership level matters.

We’ll also share a practical HR perspective on the people issues to consider, including:

• Culture and communication
• Training and capability
• Ethics and fairness
• Aligning policies with what’s really happening

There will be time for discussion and questions, so you can hear from others facing similar challenges and share your own experiences.

You’ll hopefully leave with a clearer sense of where to start, what to prioritise, and how to support your people with confidence.

Arrival from 08:30 for breakfast of yoghurt, granola and pastries (please inform of us in advance of any special dietary requirements). Event runs from 09:00 until 11:15 with an opportunity for networking afterwards.
