Last one of the season -WE CHANT AND SING AND GO DEEPER!
This is the final such outdoor evening for 2025. PAIRED WITH THE SAMHAIN, DAY OF THE DEAD. WE SING AND CHANT TO OUR ANCESTORS.
We will be mostly in the dark, and around a campfire outside in the forest of our home. Bring a candle in a jar. Wear dark clothes of mourning and your death robes. We invite the darkness and learn to walk with our ancestors.
We would like to invite all and also their friends.
We hope those that live in the Chelsea area come too.
Dress for outside as the weather is cold and this is fall weather. If you wanted to get witchy esthetics -this is your adult time.
No experience needed -but healthy fear is reasonable.
Bring a simple song to chant if you feel inspired
This is a ritual and may have some ceremonial aspects to this night and welcomes free singing and drumming for spiritual release, growth and welcoming of the darkness.
No 'great voice' is needed. Harmonies and rounds will be strived for >but making something together is the aim and not performing It is to enjoy and release together and to quiet the mind. The voice as instrument.
Next summer we continue another such series starting at the end of May again in Chelsea Quebec. Other such WitchSchool Chanting and Singing groups are forming in other cities on Turtle Island.
No Pets, No kids please.
Just 2 hours and all are welcome.
