This summer wheel camp for youth 11 and older meets Monday through Thursday from 10:00am-12:30pm July 27-30th. and will cover how to center clay on the wheel, throw different forms, trim your pieces, glazing and other surface techniques. Because this wheel intensive camp is limited to 4 people, participants will enjoy plenty of one on one help as they practice these techniques! On nice days, we may be able to bring the wheels outside to throw in nature! Participants will choose their best piece of the day to be fired and returned two weeks after camp (participants will have 4 pieces total from the week's work) Participants for this camp should be 11 and older. Accompanying adults are welcome to enjoy our wooded setting while class is in session.
