Join us for a one-of-a-kind wild food Afternoon/Evening/Night if you so choose at Windy Goat Acres! This immersive event includes a fireside 4-course meal, a wild foods preparation class, and a guided plant walk through the beautiful rolling hills of rural Iowa. We are using all foraged and or locally organically cultivated foods/meats. We vow that the only ingredient from the grocery store will be the salt. WE intend to send you home with your own jar of lacto fermented greens, or a wild apple cider vinegar started. Bring your instruments to play around the fire! The Garden Bar will be open for drink purchases, and Ben and I both will have some select products for sale as well.
