The space includes a monthly rotating exhibition and offers customers the opportunity to watch the artists at work. Artists at the Meadows won Best New Business at the Chelmsford Business Awards 2024, and Exceptional Customer Service in 2025. We are located at Unit 32 (next to the CBD shop and across from One Beyond) – not to be confused with The Art Place!About Hayley WellsHayley Wells (they/them) is an Essex-based illustrator with an MA in Children’s Book Illustration from Cambridge School of Art.
