Yin Yoga and Sound Bath followed by tea & biscuits and a chance to share and connect - the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Through the power of movement, breath and sound, Amanda Cook & I's passion and mission is to help you to create a state of peace, stillness, balance and emotional stability within yourself enabling you to navigate life with more clarity, focus, energy and
harmony.

Ease into your body and allow the energy within you to flow freely whilst soothing your nervous system with the power of yoga, then allow your body and mind to move into stillness as you bathe in the healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, gongs and bahia drum.

Three hours of escapism at the peaceful and light filled Highwood Village Hall.
