We’ll also give all participants a voucher for a FREE 20-minute session with her at her home clinic in Ingatestone. What’s special about this retreat?You’ll have the opportunity to experience the healing power of reiki, sound healing, breathwork and yoga, but additionally, you’ll be the first to learn a new 5 step personal growth framework that I have designed called the ‘PAUSE’ model of healing. This growth model will encourage participants to consider the vital components of a personal growth journey, and the activities throughout the day are designed around this framework. Don’t worry though – you won’t be expected to join a group hug or anything!
