Welcome to the SIAMS Workshop!
In the morning each one of the three inspection questions will be explained in depth, helping leaders to understand the evidence that SIAMS inspectors may look for to answer the questions. In the afternoon diocesan staff will be on hand to support leaders to write their school’s summary SIAMS SEF. In addition, a ‘masterclass’ will be offered in the afternoon giving a deeper insight into managing the SIAMS inspection phone call which leaders and governors may choose to attend.
