The day will move from theory to practice—beginning with presentations that explore current research and conceptual frameworks around researcher wellbeing, before transitioning into interactive sessions and hands-on workshops. We’ll wrap up the day with a wine and canapé reception  — a chance to relax, connect, and celebrate the incredible work of our research community! Participants will gain insight into the emotional demands of sensitive research, explore trauma-informed and sustainable approaches to academic work, and leave equipped with tangible tools to foster resilience, care, and best practice in their own research environments.This event builds on ongoing work at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) to develop meaningful, practical support for researcher wellbeing.?
