Boost your mood and energy at this dark time of year and in the run-up to Christmas. 

Join experienced teachers Lucia and Lisa for a restorative three-hour re-set at the beautiful light-filled space of Highwood Hall. 

Our retreat afternoons take the form of a nurturing mindfulness practices, very gentle mindful movement and relaxation, followed by a beautiful resonant sound bath with Lisa. 

Sound baths are known to help balance our nervous system, lift our mood and help us to relax deeply. 

We’ll end with a cup of tea and some healthy-ish treats! A true replenishment for mind/body. ALL WELCOME.
