Pipe Up for Pipe Organs presentation

The next EOA event is taking place at 2.30pm this Saturday, 15 November, at Broomfield Church Hall, Broomfield Parish Church (St. Mary with St. Leonard), Church Green, Broomfield, CM1 7BD.

George Allan, who is Chair of ‘Pipe Up for Pipe Organs’, will be giving an illustrated presentation about the work of this charity, which aims to save pipe organs threatened with destruction. His presentation includes new material, which EOA members will be the first to see. There will also be plenty of time for discussion. The cost of this event is £10 per person (£5 if under 18). Refreshments will be provided.

The box of second-hand organ music will be available at Saturday’s event for members to look through and purchase from, so do bring along some cash (for purchases) together with any unwanted music that you may have (to add to the box). All proceeds go to our Christopher Kingsley Memorial Fund for young organists.
