Mindfulness sessions with RENEW

With you in Mind and Renew Counselling have teamed up to bring you once a month mindfulness sessions from 2.30-3.30pm at Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre

Thursday 25 September - Grounding & Breath Awareness
Thursday 30 October - Awareness of the Body
Thursday 27 November - Working with Thoughts
Thursday 18 December - Emotions and Mindfulness
Thursday 29 January - Mindfulness for Stress & Resilience
Thursday 26 February - Integrating Mindfulness into Daily Life
