Wow! That was the most quantum year ever! Where did the time go? So if you are in need of slowing down time and being in the present moment in-between present wrapping then this might just be the perfect moment.
We are so grateful for all our regular Gongaholics for your support this year through all our venue exploration until we found the perfect place, it's been wonderful to see our little community forming.
What to expect:
A warm welcome & introduction
Tuning in with your breath
60 minute Gong Bath
Time to reawaken, reconnect and recover.
What you'll need:
Yoga mat/s
Warm clothing
Cushion
Blanket (maybe a couple for extra comfort)
Water
Whatever else you need to feel comfortable as you'll be lying down for 60 minutes

About:
Gong to the Moon aka Kellie Jones & Tom Gutridge take you on a journey of sound with the intention of raising your frequency and expanding your consciousness. Using Crystal Singing Bowls, drums, rattles, chimes and the stars of the show the Saturn and Uranus Planetary Gongs.
A sound bath is a deeply intense layering of sound and vibration from head toe which can induce a meditative state by stimulating alpha and theta brain waves. Alpha brain waves are present during light meditation, daydreaming, and deep relaxation. Theta brain waves are present during REM dreaming sleep, deep meditation, and hypnosis.
