On Saturday 29 November we will be running FREE Bounce and Play sessions at Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre! 

It's a great way for kids to have fun and get active without even realising! Your little ones will have the time of their lives!

This activity is all about laughter, play, and creating lasting family memories. 

This activity and many more are available for FREE at our Fitness Open Day!  

And it’s not just for kids! 

We also have express fitness classes to try, free gym trials and wellness talks by experienced speakers on throughout the event from 8am until 1pm!
