- **Event Description**: The Chelmsford Democratic Town Committee will hold its caucus on Thursday, February 26 at 6:30 PM at the Police Station Community Room, 2 Olde North Road, Chelmsford, to elect 19 delegates and 4 alternates to represent Chelmsford at the 2026 Democratic State Convention.

Registered and pre-registered Democrats in Chelmsford who will be 16 years old by Saturday, March 29 may vote and run for election as delegates or alternates during the caucus.

Youth ages 16 to 35, people with disabilities, people of color, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who are not elected as delegates or alternates are encouraged to apply to be add-on delegates. Applications may be submitted at the caucus or online at massdems.org/massdems-convention.

The 2026 Democratic State Convention will be held in person on Saturday, May 30 at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA.

Registration: 6:00 to 6:30 PM
	•	All attendees must sign in upon entry.

Caucus Begins: 6:30 PM
	•	Sign-in will continue during this time for those who wish to run for delegate or alternate, or to vote.

Registration Closes: 6:45 PM
	•	Anyone arriving after 6:45 PM will be considered an observer only and will not be eligible to run for delegate or alternate, or to participate.
