- **Event Description**: To usher in the Bonfire weekend we have an explosive night of top comedy at AComedy Club on Thursday 6th November.

Headlining the show we have Eddy Brimson, one of the most requested headliners on both the UK and international stand-up circuits, having performed at festivals the world over; from Edinburgh to Auckland via, Australia, Iceland and even Pakistan.

Eddy is not only an award winning comedian, but also an award winning actor having receiving a best actor award at the Perth FringeWorld Festival.

He is also the writer of 7 best selling books on football fan culture, as well as his critically acclaimed novella: Naughty Boy.

Supporting Eddy, we have the fantastic Samantha Day, and the mighty talented Shalaka Kurup, Andy Gleeks and Matt Hollins. All shambolically held together by resident MC Paul Merryck.

Hosted as always at our wonderful venue ACanteen, in the heart of Chelmsford City centre, where you can enjoy a great meal and/or a few drinks from the brilliant bar, whilst watching some of the finest comedians in the UK. 5 of them to be exact!
