10:30 AM | Restore Together
Unwind with a 90-minute restorative experience blending restorative yoga, therapeutic touch, tuning forks, meditation, and sound healing. This class is designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded and renewed. Leave with a special goodie bag created to help you spread love in our community.
