A fun, active space for kids to move, play, and build confidence this summer.

At LUY Kids Yoga Camp, we combine yoga, movement, games, and creativity to help kids stay active, connect with others, and learn simple tools to feel calm and confident in their bodies.

Each day includes fun, age-appropriate yoga, movement games and dance, crafts and creative play, simple breathwork, and opportunities to build confidence and connection in a supportive environment.

Kids are welcome to bring their own yoga mat or use one at the studio. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes to move in.

Please ensure kids are dropped off and picked up on time.

This camp is best suited for kids who are able to follow directions and participate respectfully in a group setting.

No snacks provided and no eating in the studio.

Spots are limited to keep the group small and intentional.
