Breathwork for Inner Healing

My passion is in guiding people to connect to the Truth of who they are, to live from their Soul and not their wounding or "false self". Breathwork is an amazing tool to help us get out of our minds and connect to that deeper aspect of ourselves. By learning to work with energy, you can learn to elevate out of limiting beliefs and subconscious blocks that keep you repeating unwanted patterns and preventing you from truly living the life you desire for yourself. I will be doing a short teaching on inner healing followed by a Breathwork flow allowing you to experience heart coherence. This guided Breathwork session takes you beyond the mind and into the wisdom of the body and Soul.
Release emotional blocks, connect to your inner truth, and experience altered states of consciousness — no substances, just breath.
