How Governments are Destroying British Farming

Following an introduction and address by Paul MacDonnell, our guest speaker, Richard Negus, author and broadcaster on rural affairs, will outline how government policies have affected farming and farmers and what he believes needs to change to make British food production viable.
A discussion will follow. Please ask questions about this and other topics, and raise points of information.

We want to arrange more events that will cover all of the policy challenges facing Britain and our constituency—in energy, in education, welfare, and health, and in local government. We want independent policy experts to level with the public about just how great these challenges are.
