YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO JOIN!

On Tuesday, May 26, from 6 to 8pm, we will have our 2nd night of the Marriage Course at the Cheboygan Covenant Church. This course was developed by Nicky and Sila Lee, close friends of Nicky and Pippa Gumble, who developed the Alpha Course. The Marriage Course has been run in over 120 countries, in 48 languages for over 1.7 million couples.

Whether you’ve been married 4 months or 40 years, whether you’re in a good place or struggling, The Marriage Course offers practical support to strengthen your relationship. The course helps couples to:

Communicate more effectively
Understand each other’s needs
Resolve conflict
Recognize how upbringing affects your relationship
Develop greater sexual intimacy
And much, much more...
The Marriage Course will meet for 7 weeks (May 19 to Jun 30). The evening starts with an intimate meal, just with you and your spouse sitting at a table for two. Throughout the evening you will sit alone together, listen to great teaching on marriage, and be directed through a series of relationship building questions. The tables will have a white tablecloth, lovely décor, and low lighting. Each evening is essentially a date night with a meaningful, relationship building discussion.

The evening will include a 3-course meal prepared by professional Chef Michael Walters. The cost will be $20 per evening per couple to cover the cost of food. That's a crazy cheap cost for a professionally prepared 3 course meal for two!  However, if cost is an issue, please let the church office know.
