As autumn deepens, our bodies naturally begin to store and hold onto physical tension, stagnant energy, and subconscious stress. True regulation doesn't always come from passive rest alone—sometimes your nervous system needs an intentional, high-impact release to clear space for renewed vitality and clarity.
The Somatic Ignition: Root, Release & Reclaim is an active, transformative journey.
Designed to take you deeper than a standard down-regulation session, this experience combines targeted somatic movement, deep breathwork activation, sound frequencies, and sensory integration to help you shed emotional armour, process stored tension, and reclaim your vital force for the season ahead.

What to Expect

~ Somatic Movement & Body Unearthing: Active, deliberate movement protocols designed to wake up the physical body, release stored fascia/muscle tension, and signal safety for deep release.
~ Plant Essence Ally & Aromatherapy: Prior to dropping into the breathwork journey, you’ll have the option to connect with an intuitive plant essence ally alongside grounding aromatherapy to anchor your senses and align your focus.
~ 9D Breathwork Activation Journey: A high-impact, state-of-the-art multi-sensory audio experience. Using therapeutic breath patterns, sound frequencies, and immersive coaching, this journey is engineered for deeper somatic catharsis, subconscious processing, and energetic breakthroughs.
~ Sound Integration & Bath: Acoustic vibrations and sound therapy immediately following the breathwork to help your nervous system land safely, integrate the activation, and process emotional releases.
~ Integration Circle: A supportive, grounded space to anchor your insights and integrate your experience before stepping back into your evening.

What to Bring
To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring:
~ Yoga Mat (or a thick padded mat/camping pad for extra comfort on the floor)
~ Comfortable Blanket & Pillow/Bolster (body temperature can fluctuate significantly during active breathwork)
~ Water Bottle with a lid
~ Optional Journal & Pen to capture insights during integration
~ Eye Mask (optional)
~ Layered Clothing & cozy socks (wear loose, non-restrictive clothing around your waist and chest)

⚠️ Important Safety & Health Information (Please Read)
9D Breathwork is a powerful, deep somatic experience. Because this specific session involves an active activation journey, it can evoke strong physical, emotional, and physiological responses. It carries specific health contraindications.
Breathwork is NOT recommended if you have or experience:
Cardiovascular issues (uncontrolled high blood pressure, history of heart attacks, aneurysms)
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Severe psychiatric conditions, schizophrenia, or psychosis
Recent major surgery or physical injury
Pregnancy (first trimester or high-risk pregnancies)
Detached retina or glaucoma

Cancellation & Ticket Transfer Policy

Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Private Transfers & Gifting: If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to sell or gift your ticket privately. Please send an email to connect@soilandsoul.ca with the new participant’s full name and email address so we can update our attendee list accordingly.

Event Cancellation: In the rare event that Soil & Soul must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or venue issues, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
