To be held, as you let go of the mental and emotional weight you’ve been carrying.

Over four weeks, you’ll be guided through gentle healing, deep connection, and soulful transformation - blending breathwork and self-expression within an intimate circle of like-hearted women.

🕰️ Time: 1:30–3:30pm

💌 Exchange: £140 for the full 4 week series (typically £200)
