About the Experience
The first few weeks of September bring a rapid shift back into routines, early mornings, and filled calendars. As summer winds down and fall settles in, your nervous system can easily carry the hidden tension of "keeping up with it all."

Deep Exhale: The September Slowdown is your intentional pause button.
This 2.5-hour immersion is designed to help you release accumulated stress, recalibrate your nervous system, and transition into autumn feeling grounded, clear, and deeply restored.

What to Expect
~ Somatic Movement & Grounding: Gentle, conscious movement to move stagnant energy and signal safety to your physical body.
~ Plant Essence Ally & Aromatherapy: Prior to our breathwork journey, you’ll have the option to drop in with a plant essence ally alongside grounding aromatherapy—engaging your senses to anchor you fully into a present, centered space.
~ 9D Breathwork Journey: A state-of-the-art, multi-sensory audio experience using sound frequencies, guided coaching, and therapeutic breath patterns for deep subconscious release and emotional reset.
~ Sound Bath Immersion: Soothing acoustic vibrations to wrap your body in calm, supporting deep physical relaxation and brainwave down-regulation.
~ Energy Integration & Closing Circle: A supportive, grounded space to land, share (if you wish), and integrate your experience before stepping back into your evening.

What to Bring
To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring:
~ Yoga Mat (or a thick padded mat/camping pad for extra comfort on the floor)
~ Comfortable Blanket & Pillow/Bolster (your body temperature can drop during deep breathwork and sound baths)
~ Water Bottle with a lid
~ Journal & Pen to record insights during integration (optional)
~ Eye Mask (optional)
~ Layered Clothing & cozy socks

⚠️ Important Safety & Health Information (Please Read)

9D Breathwork is a powerful, deep somatic experience. Because it can evoke strong physical and emotional releases, it carries specific health contraindications.
Breathwork is NOT recommended if you have or experience:
Cardiovascular issues (uncontrolled high blood pressure, history of heart attacks, aneurysms)
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Severe psychiatric conditions, schizophrenia, or psychosis
Recent major surgery or physical injury
Pregnancy (first trimester or high-risk pregnancies)
Detached retina or glaucoma
If you have any of the above conditions or concerns, please reach out to us prior to registering at connect@soilandsoul.ca to discuss modified breathing options or if a sound-bath-only experience is a better fit.

Cancellation & Ticket Transfer Policy

Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Private Transfers & Gifting: If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to sell or gift your ticket privately. Please send an email to connect@soilandsoul.ca with the new participant’s full name and email address so we can update our attendee list accordingly.

Event Cancellation: In the rare event that Soil & Soul must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances or venue issues, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
