Anagram Canada Presents: BLACK TEA LIVE at The Firehouse
Get ready for a night of bluesy soul, southern swing, moving lyrics, and real mojo — an authentic take on roots rock and roll.
BLACK TEA, the powerhouse Canadian rock trio from the prairies of Saskatchewan, is bringing their electrifying live show to The Firehouse for one unforgettable Sunday night.
Drawing inspiration from the 70s revival of bands like Rival Sons, Marcus King, The Black Crowes, and The Sheepdogs, Black Tea blends British and Southern rock royalty into a sound that’s uniquely their own.
Their emotionally charged debut album, Now That You’re Here, is a coming-of-age journey through love, loss, and growth — and their debut single, Living Easy, is already shaping up to be a certified prairie rock classic.
Featuring: Gray Farrow (vocals, keys, bass), Cole Van Woert (guitar, vocals) and Dawson Dressler (drums).
These three have been playing together since their early teens, building a chemistry that only years of shared stages can create. Their live show is packed with high-energy originals and timeless classics — a riveting tribute to the greatest music in rock and roll canon.
Opening the night: The Boondog Band — setting the tone and getting the room fired up before Black Tea hits the stage. Boondog is a dynamic blues rock trio that has been captivating audiences with their electrifying sound and soulful performances. The band is composed of three talented musicians: Aaron Langier on bass, Andrew Venning on guitar, and Fred Struck on drums.
This is roots rock done right. Gritty. Soulful. Timeless.
Don’t miss your chance to catch them live.
