Prove it BEFORE you build it - The power of prototyping your ideas!
Have you ever delivered a product or service to market only to discover that you'd missed the mark with your customers? Every year, companies large and small waste time, money, and brand reputation developing ideas that aren't truly what customers want and need.
In this fun and interactive workshop, you'll learn how to quickly and cheaply prototype any idea before investing in its development thereby creating products and services that resonate with customers, solve real problems, and generate real sales.
About the speaker:
Michael Weiss is founder and “chief disruptor” of MSW Innovative - a consultancy focused on innovative
techniques, culture, and technology. He has worked for big and small companies in various IT and Leadership
roles, including Director of Innovation for a Fortune 500 company. He now works as a consultant and coach
helping organizations solve problems and achieve their goals.
Applying a human-centric approach to design, development, and organizational culture, Michael understands
that people must be the focus of all our efforts. It’s not about the tech, it’s about how people use it and
benefit from it. It’s not about the process, it’s about making things as efficient and simple as possible for
people to achieve the best possible results. And, of course, all innovation must ultimately deliver business
value through elevated customer experience, increased revenue, or cost savings.
Michael is originally from Philadelphia and has lived many places but is very pleased to now call Chattanooga
home. He loves travel, hiking, and the theater. He believes strongly in the power of innovation to change lives
and operates under the principle of “always assume good intent”.
