Come enter into a guided mindfulness practice that includes guided meditation, mindful movement, and journal with a guided prompt. The time together will also include coloring with mandalas, reflect and share (optional), intention setting and a closing meditation. Coloring materials will be provided.
Please bring your favorite journal and pen to write with and wear comfortable clothes. The mindful movement section will last 10 minutes and includes gentle movement to aid in mind-body connection.
About the teacher:
Holli Hutson has been teaching for over 20 years in the Chattanooga area. She holds a MA in Theater Education with an emphasis in dance and is a Licensed Fletcher Pilates Provider. She has taught movement and dance at East Hamilton Middle High, Chattanooga Ballet, Siskin Fitness Center, Mountain Arts Community Center, CSAS, and Chattanooga State. She has taught Pilates at the YMCA, Chattanooga Theatre Centre, Siskin Fitness Center as well as Pilates privates in homes.
