Gratitude & Growth Workshop (Mental Health Awareness & Free Pottery Class)

The holiday season is a time for family, gratitude, and joy—but it can also bring added stress and seasonal depression. That’s why the Girls Inc. Family Resource Center is hosting our Friendsgiving themed Gratitude & Growth Workshop, designed to support families in finding balance, creativity, and connection during the holidays.

✨ What to Expect:

• A guided mental health session with simple, practical tools for managing holiday stress and seasonal blues.
• A free family-friendly pottery class hosted by Scenic City Clay Arts who will also teach about the therapeutic benefits of exploring creativity through clay.
• A welcoming space to connect with other families, share stories, and build stronger bonds through gratitude and creativity.

This workshop blends mental wellness with hands-on fun, giving families the chance to leave with not only a treat for the table but also strategies for nurturing emotional health and resilience during the holiday season.
