Prepare for breastfeeding with our informative class designed to help you make informed choices. In this session, you'll learn:

• Breastfeeding Basics: Everything you need to know to get started.
• What to Expect in the First Few Weeks: Practical tips for the early days.
• Special Tips for Success: Strategies to ensure a successful breastfeeding experience.
• Returning to Work or School: Addressing concerns and planning for the transition.

Your support person is encouraged to attend to learn how to assist with breastfeeding, ensuring a supportive environment for you and your baby.

Class Details:

Duration: 2 hours

Registration: The purchase of one ticket includes admission for you and a support person of your choice. Bring along a partner, friend, or family member to share this experience with you.
