A soft kiss of light. On ‘Dream Pictures’, Andrew Combs is a master docent of his own mind museum of imagery.Whether living in the atmosphere of a late night bar with the multi-colored splash of neon signs, the light mist of a rainy day, or even surfing through an amalgamation of bustling cosmic energy, Combs’ voice is always the guiding light.Steeped in the tradition of Americana, but having found a voice all his own, Andrew’s music has taken the ‘Mid-Century Modern’ aesthetic and auralized it.No matter the circumstances, Combs’ message is always clear ‘Make the best of it, but not by ignoring the worst of it.’For Fans Of: Waxahatchee, Andy Shauf, Andrew BirdABOUT THE ALBUM‘Dream Pictures’ was written for the quiet hours that bring each day to a close. At night, after putting his children to bed, Combs would go into his garage to write, play his guitar, paint, and escape the world for a while. It was during those stretches of solitude at the end of the day when Combs penned the 12 songs that would become ‘Dream Pictures’. Combs co-produced the record with drummer Dom Billett. The two musicians began touring together in 2017, and their friendship is almost audible throughout the record. With the exception of instrumentalist Spencer Cullum, who contributed to pedal steel, Dream Pictures was entirely recorded and performed by Combs and Billett. The two embraced all the imperfections that came with the homemade tracking process, balancing the rawness of recording with the finesse of Combs’ songwriting.https://youtu.be/JsaqhRkKu1M?si=K5dU44SpuQ9ROnhq - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/chattanooga/andrew-combs-in-store-performance-signing-at-yellow-racket/100002002945886063 - **Event Categories**: fitness, Entertainment, Music, performances - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Duration: 2 hours - Location: Yellow Racket Records - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 0, max: 0, currency: USD ## Event venue details - **city**: Chattanooga - **state**: TN - **country**: United States - **location**: Yellow Racket Records - **lat**: 35.0239529 - **long**: -85.2735398 - **full address**: Yellow Racket Records, 2311 East Main Street, Chattanooga, United States ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Andrew Combs In-Store Performance + Signing at Yellow Racket! - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events1/banners/0ef55b94b41426a2c41c041046cb257cf6526f04df7256a9cef1084dc4394f91-rimg-w1200-h600-dce8e8e8-gmir.jpg?v=1791257474 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Andrew Combs In-Store Performance + Signing at Yellow Racket! being held? - **A:** Andrew Combs In-Store Performance + Signing at Yellow Racket! takes place on Sat, 17 Oct, 2026 at 07:00 pm to Sat, 17 Oct, 2026 at 09:00 pm at Yellow Racket Records, 2311 East Main Street, Chattanooga, United States. - **Q**: Who is organizing Andrew Combs In-Store Performance + Signing at Yellow Racket!? - **A:** Andrew Combs In-Store Performance + Signing at Yellow Racket! is organized by Yellow Racket Records. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
