This is our monthly women’s circle, a sacred space for reflection, connection, and embodiment. This month, we’re diving into the powerful theme of emotional sovereignt, what it truly means to be in charge of your own emotional world.

✨ Why do we give others the power to dictate how we feel?
✨ What if we weren’t at the mercy of what’s happening around us?
✨ What if we could meet life from a grounded, empowered center — no matter what?

This is one of the foundational teachings of Acceptance Alchemy: that true empowerment begins when we remember that we are the ones who choose how we think, feel, and respond.
Our evening will weave together breathwork, movement, embodiment practices, and community connection, all in the spirit of remembering who we are beneath the noise.

We’re just walking together, remembering to remember who we are.

? Event Details & What to Bring

Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to park and find the building. Doors close promptly at 6:40. 

Bring your own meditation pillow, floor chair, back jack, or folding chair.
(We have limited seating reserved for those with health or physical needs.)

Please eat before you arrive. We ask that you not bring food into the space, as it can be distracting.

If food is necessary, small snacks like nuts or fruit are welcome.
Feel free to bring your favorite beverage — we will have water available.

There is ample parking in the lot, and you may park anywhere.
Come join the circle. Come home to yourself. ?
