Registration Instructions:

NOTE: PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

As you register, you will need to select the ticket(s) for all you will need for the conference. For example: if you only plan on attending the conference, you will just choose the conference registration. If you plan on attending the conference and the pre-conference, you will choose both Pre-Con and Conference.

MEALS

Lunch will be provided for the preconference attendees on Wednesday, March 4, 2025.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for the conference attendees on Thursday and Friday, March 5-6, 2025.

Refunds

SEEMSDA has endeavored to keep the cost of the conference as low as possible. Because of this, we cannot give refunds to registrants that do not show up for the SEEMSDA Conference.

Benevolence Fund

SEEMSDA is commited to helping our own in the event they may fall on hard times. We have a Benevolence Fund that is set up for these issues. Someone can submit a request if there is someone they know in EMS in need of assistance. We assisted many EMS providers in previous years and gave out several thousand dollars. All of this money is raised with ticket sales on donated items at the annual conference. We would like for you to consider making a donation of an item for that event. If you do make a donation, you will be asked later in the check boxes if you will be making a donation of money or an item and you would choose YES or NO. If you wish to donate an item, please list the item when it asks for that information.

Raffle tickets for these items will be available for purchase at the conference. Cash or Card accepted.

Gold Sponsor- $2500

By supporting at this level, your company receives:

Silver Sponsor- $2000
