- **Event Description**: Murray Arts Council’s 1st Annual Battle of the Bands competition will take place Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Chatsworth City Park. Get ready for an epic night filled with electrifying performances and enthusiastic fans!

Submissions will be taken from area bands/performers from July 14 to September 15, 2025, but only FIVE acts will be chosen to “battle” on October 4!  Judges will choose the overall winner, but fans attending the night of the competition will be able to vote for their favorites for $1/vote.

The bands winning 1st Place & People’s Choice will be included in MAC’s 2026 Concerts in the Park line-up.
