What to bring?

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring anything that will make you feel comfortable for an hour of lying down (yoga mat, pillow, bolster, blanket, etc.). 

Are kids allowed?

While the sound bath is safe for children, I recommend it for ages 12 and up, as it requires remaining still for over an hour.
