This includes year-round training and competition, as well as leadership, personal development, and health education opportunities. 

HOW it works: Register. Then use your personal plunge page to fundraise among friends, family, and co-workers. Raise a minimum of $100 and you'll get to jump into the freezing waters of Lake Springfield with hundreds of other Plungers who are passionate about the cause. Plus, you'll get an awesome Polar Plunge Hoodie to help you show off your success! Don't stop at $100 - we have other cool incentive prizes and awards if you raise more money.

The plunge will be Saturday, March 7th at the KC Lake Club, 141 N Lakewood Dr, Chatham and will take place at NOON.

Registration & Check-In

Pre-Registration & Check-In will be available at the KC Lake Club Fish Fry on Friday, Mar 6th from 6-8pm. This is a great way to get your Plunge Hoodie and wristband ahead of the Plunge Day rush!

Chad's 5K Run to the Plunge Registration will begin at 10am on Saturday, March 7th. Chad's Run starts at 11am. More details on the 5K coming soon.

"Day of the Plunge" Check-in on Saturday will begin at 10:30am and end at 11:45am. 

Awards

We will present awards for the Best Team Theme, Best Individual Costume, Coolest School, Most Team Spirit, Top Cop, Most Money Raised by a Team, and Most Money Raised by an Individual. We will also have an award for the Special Olympics Athlete who raises the most money!
