MAYBE YOU'D ENJOY THE FRIENDLY CHAT ON THIS MONTH'S TOPIC: FINDING YOUR OWN PATTERN & RHYTHM IN LIFE WITH A BABY... As opposed to following the advice of baby trainers and imposing routines that a hard on baby - and on parents!

THERE IS ALWAYS A WARM WELCOME to all breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women who join us at our Chatham meeting. You will be invited to share your experiences, hear practical suggestions for your own breastfeeding journey, or just to listen & learn if your new baby has yet to arrive. ?

HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT: Chatham MoMa meetings are led by  Nicola & Deborah, who are accredited breasfeeding counsellors and group facilitators. You and your baby/toddler will be welcomed warmly and offered free home-made cake and real coffee/tea.

IF YOU HAVE A BURNING ISSUE YOU CAN ENJOY the mutual encouragement, support and sharing of experience from other local mums so you know you are not alone but in good company as you meet your baby's needs through breastfeeding. ❤

FEEL FREE TO visit to check us out... maybe enjoy making us your regular circle of support on your breastfeeding journey ... or just pop by when you need something special from us.

WE MEET REGULARLY on the second Tuesday of each month in central Chatham. There are two public car parks close by and Chatham bus station is further down the High Street. You are welcome to arrive or leave as best suits you, but we will gather from 10am, start the meeting at 10:30am, and finish at 12 noon. Free hot drinks and nibbles are provided.

IF YOU FEEL A BIT SHY about walking into a strange place, then one of us will gladly meet you outside and walk in with you to help to put you at your ease. Just ask or message us. 

PLEASE SHARE & SPREAD THE WORD to other breastfeeding mums and pregnant women.  We are keen to give our time, knowledge and skills to help other mothers to meet their babies' needs and to reach their own breastfeeding goals.  ❤
