This space will continue to be held beautifully, as there will be a lovely lady taking over this venue ✨
I’ll be introducing her very soon over on my social media and in my newsletters, so keep an eye out.
Although my in-person sessions here are coming to a close, this isn’t goodbye.
I’ll be continuing to support you online, and I’m so excited to share that I’ll be launching my very own Wellness With Lauren app to keep the community we’ve built together connected.
The app will be a space for:

• meditation
• nervous system support
• gentle movement & wellbeing practices
• recipes for health and balance
• self-care tools and resources
• and a community space to stay connected
