This is a quiet time of prayer and reflection as we wait with hope for the promise of resurrection.

It is our time to dwell in the quiet, aching in‑between. Holy Saturday is the day when hope is not yet visible, when the disciples’ world is still dark, and when God’s work is hidden beneath the surface. 

Taizé’s simple songs, combined with scripture, prayer and silence, help us rest in that mystery rather than rush past it. In this unhurried space, we learn to trust that God is present even when resurrection has not yet dawned, and we allow our souls to breathe, wait, and open to the promise of new life already stirring.
