Building on the popularity of the national state park program originally launched in Massachusetts, this regional celebration features free special walks, talks, and hikes in communities across Cape Cod providing a range of opportunities for families, children, residents, and visitors to get outside and explore on the first day of the new year.Your Guide:Mary Hake is a retired National Park Service Wildlife Biologist.Parking:Parking is available at the Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge parking area at 30 Wikis Way in Chatham.
