- **Event Description**: On April 28, 2025, the Chatham community experienced one of the most tragic events imaginable. Multiple lives were affected and 5 precious lives were lost as a result of the incident at the YNOT building. 

Last year we hosted nearly 300 people for the Chatham Strong Memorial WOD and raised money for one of our members whose daughter was directly impacted by the incident. 

We would like to make the Chatham Strong Memorial WOD a yearly event to honor and remember those affected by the YNOT tragedy. In the CrossFit community, the best way we know how to show our support and remembrance of loved ones is by doing a Memorial workout. There is something about pushing your body to the limit when there is a reason behind it, that allows you to feel how blessed you are to be here with your friends and families, never taking that next breath for granted.

We would like to invite all athletes, friends, and families from the surrounding areas to join us. We will have plenty of coaches there to help you if you are new to CrossFit or need the assistance. The workout will be programmed so anyone can participate.
