- **Event Description**: Restore yourself with a candlelight energy healing flow infused with qigong and peaceful but powerful all levels vinyasa. After winding down with restorative poses and Reiki blessings, we'll transition into self reflective restorative writing with peppermint tea before closing our session.

Each class holds a special empowering self care theme based upon yoga philosophy, storytelling and mindfulness. We begin under the glow of relaxing candlelight with a short reflection and intention setting ritual that weaves through our practice. Class then unwinds with peppermint tea and journal prompts based upon each week's reflection.
