The Jack Pine Folk Club

Immerse yourself in the nostalgic ambiance of a 1960s coffeehouse as Shane Pendergast hosts the Jack Pine Folk Club. Four acts will comprise this night of music, poetry, and revelry. Shane will set the tone with a set of original Maritime folk songs. Traditional fiddle and guitar duo Fiona MacCorquodale & Isaac King will lift the room with a set of spirited tunes. Gordon Cobb will bring the work of legendary Canadian poet Milton Acorn to life with a powerful selection of Acorn's poetry. Juno-award winning songwriter Catherine MacLellan will close the evening with an intimate and unforgettable performance. Don't miss your chance to experience the spectacle of PEI's folk club.
