Suicide Risk Screening + Assessment & Intervention
To provide all mental health and addictions clinical staff with a standardized and comprehensive approach, in identifying, communicating, documenting and safety planning for clients and families at risk for suicide. Instruction in suicide risk screening and assessment, suicide risk management and monitoring,suicide risk communication and documentation.
Depending on your work role responsibilities, you may only be required to use the screener, while other roles will require training in both screening and assesment.
When registering for this event, you have the option of selecting one or two tickets depending on which level of training you require.
