Yet our culture encourages the exact opposite...more activities, more visits, more food, more drink, more consuming. It is no wonder many people feel exhausted by the time the New Year comes around! 
Take some time for yourself to unplug in this Yin-like time of year. There is a beauty to the darkness, it's a chance to look inside and find some much needed stillness. This meditative SoundEscape will help you get there. The sounds of wooden flutes, Shamanic drums, crystal bowls, harmonium and more will make it easy to embrace the dark and see what it holds for you within.
