Learn to Meditate for Free in Charlottetown, PEI

Join us for a free meditation class right here in Charlottetown at the Charlottetown Library Learning Centre (Community Kitchen Room) on December 15th @ 6:30pm!

Embark on a journey to connect with your true self with the Sahaja Yoga meditation technique. Through Kundalini awakening we guide you towards inner peace and serenity offering a unique approach to meditation.

First timers and beginners welcome! Seekers of truth welcome!
Completely free of cost, and no need to bring yoga mats, seating will be provided.
